The Pluribus Book

Pluribus turned 10 end of 2016 and writing this collective book was the option we selected to stop, reflect and celebrate 10 years of learnings, discoveries and adventures. This book is celebrating what we have accomplished together, be the visible and invisible stakeholders of the Pluribus system: our clients, supporters, colleagues, mentors, families and friends. I, as a person, or we at Pluribus, learned so much on the ongoing journey. Navigating through the invisible field of the creative process has been a beautiful adventure. Small achievements, probably minor steps in our respective spheres of influence. And we strongly believe in small steps. We feel a lot of gratitude for all the clients who trusted us and everyone who helped us along the journey.

Anyone who is interested in the topic of Diversity & Inclusion can read this book, whatever gender, age, culture or background. We worked collectively to write diverse chapters that were meaningful to everyone one of us. "Inclusion Around The Clock" is a collection of stories based on personal anecdotes or pieces of research from various Pluribus facilitators or people with a strong connection to Pluribus. We hope it will give you insights, different views, some reassurances or maybe some surprises on various topics related to creating and building inclusive environments that value all facets of diversity.

"Inclusion Around The Clock" is not a Diversity & Inclusion "bible" with "to-do-lists", answers or toolkits. There are hundreds of great books already in the market which can provide this.
